How to Use Lumigan Eye Drop

Use Lumigan exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The recommended dosage
is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.

Wash your hands before using the eye drops. Tilt your head back slightly
and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket. Hold the
dropper above the eye and squeeze out one drop. Close your eye for 1–2
minutes without blinking. Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye or
any surface.

If you are using more than one topical ophthalmic drug, administer them
at least 5 minutes apart. Contact lenses should be removed before
application; wait 15 minutes before reinserting them.

  and lashes, as well as increased growth or thickness of your eyelashes.
  These color changes, usually an increase in brown pigment, occur slowly
  and may be permanent even after your treatment ends.
• Do not allow the tip of the dropper to touch any surface, including your
  eyes or hands. If the dropper becomes contaminated it could cause an
  infection in your eye, which can lead to vision loss or serious damage
  to the eye.
• After using Lumigan, wait at least 5 minutes before using any other eye
  drops that your doctor has prescribed.
• Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or
  breastfeeding.
• Lumigan is not approved for use by anyone younger than 16 years old.

When to Seek Medical Attention

Seek urgent medical attention if you experience symptoms of a serious
allergic reaction, severe or persistent eye pain, significant changes in
vision, or symptoms suggesting another severe adverse reaction.
